This position aims to handle multiple tasks including project team’s working environment , Project procurement, finance, EHS & Security management and people management support to ensure the Innovation projects of ACRI can operate normally and achieve objectives on time.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Provide project team with a comfortable, safe and beautiful working environment by managing office facilities and equipment to ensure effective use of resources and meet team needs;
Support procurement request tasks from R&D projects teams, operations, HR, Finance, IT and other function: contract stamp application, implement purchase order confirmation and submission, tracking, record maintenance, receipt and payment confirmation and other related tasks;
Support to record, maintain and analyse financial accounts for projects, travel, office purchases, and other activities;
HR business support for project team members: such as interview coordination, newcomer onboarding training, equipment and accounts application, issue support, application of house renting and parking spaces, WP , stamp, Training etc.;
Support the project team to manage the project materials in stock and ensure clear records.
Support EHS and physical security related activities as required by the ACEMS EHS and Security team to ensure the safety of ACRI Project team members and project property;
Support the application and the payment of SIPAC R&D and relative subsidy in time.
Support to plan and organize PEOPLE management activities to achieve the organization objectives;
Support other R&D Centre projects relative activities as requested and temporary tasks assigned by Line manager.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: with Bachelor degree or above degree, in business administration or finance major.
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience in the R&D office administration or project management domain.
CERTIFICATION: Certified Public Accountant or PMP
LANGUAGE: Fluent English / Mandarin in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Basic domain Knowledge on R&D, Purchase, Finance, Legal, EHS, Security Inventory management;
Facility and equipment management experience
Have good official document writing skills.
Basic working tools application skills, such as google apps, Office, SAP, etc;
Negotiation skills with partners;
Meeting / time management skills;
Project management experience or skills is preferred.

Strong communication and coordination abilities to efficiently manage various demands and issues;
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
Attention to detail: high level of attention to detail when managing documents, scheduling meeting or organizing resources;
Good time management capability to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines;
