Are you an extremely structured IT professional who takes pride in setting the gold standard for others? We are looking for an IT Application Manager for Non-SAP Systems to join our team in Ørestad .

In this role, you won't just manage systems from a distance; you will lead by example.

We need a front runner who inspires the team through best-in-class documentation and a proactive, hands-on approach to ownership. Working in the same department as our SAP Application Management team, you will be the anchor that ensures our specialized non-SAP landscape is as robust and disciplined as our core ERP.

What the job is...

As our IT Application Manager for Non-SAP systems, you are the driving force for a portfolio of systems vital to our global operations. You will take full end-to-end responsibility, ensuring these systems are technically optimized, financially sound, and compliant.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just follow existing processes but defines what "good" looks like for the entire team. Your portfolio will include, but is not limited to: Airsupply, Autostore, Cert Print / Cert Scan, and Virtual Storage Machines.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Active Application Ownership: Taking full responsibility for the technical health, functional logic, and roadmap of our non-SAP application landscape.
  
• The Yearly Operational Cycle: Orchestrating the "heartbeat" of the applications-from managing the yearly cycle of NON-SAP solutions for certificate renewals and system audits to performance reviews, ensuring no critical operational milestones are missed.
  
• Budget & Partner Leadership: Holding the reins on the application budget and acting as the primary lead for external partners, specifically driving performance and value with vendors.
  
• The SAP Handshake: Collaborating closely with your colleagues in the SAP Application Management team and SAP Integration & Basis team to ensure seamless data-consistency and technical alignment with our S/4HANA platform.

• Technically Grounded: You have the technical depth (5+ years experience) to understand complex system interdependencies and the discipline to maintain them.
