Airbus Helicopters is looking for a newERP Cross-functional Integration Leader for Operations (f/m) to join our department based in Marignane, FRANCE.

You will be part of a team developing the Operations Transformation department . In charge of developing and transforming processes, tools and ways of working, for all H/C programs, within AH Operations Metiers, paving the way for a deep digital transformation of the company.

Your challenges:

  • Ensure cross functional integration (End to End for ED perimeter but also cross Directorates ED ES EX ET EF...)
  • Ensure E2E consistency with newERP goals & ambition: simplify, harmonise, standardise WORLDWIDE, related to E2E process design and E2E solution design.
  • Ensure that solutions are designed according to AH transform and Business needs (Standardization, Harmonization, Simplification) and IM standards
  • Assist IBS (responsible for Core Models definition in NewERP Project) in cross domain issues management (make sure the chosen solution is the most valuable at company level)
  • Prepare, review and validate Key Design Decisions & Functional and Technical Integration Points
  • Deliver and validate E2E processes
  • Ensure PI deliveries according to PI planning
  • Coordinates management of transversal topics (also called Integration Points) meaning that at least 3 Integrated Business Solution (IBS) or 2 IBS + 1 (Cross Functional Solution (CFS) are involved.
  • Support the stream Functional Design & Architecture
  • Coordinates selected key topics between several IBS and potentially CFS as well
  • Helps ensuring end 2 end processes consistency
  • Ensures communication and roadmap coordination with non ERP projects (SC Resilience, SPART....)
  • Supports IBS in business requirement definition and solution proposal consistency check
  • Escalates to Program topics for which no solution or no consensus can be found


Your profile:

  • Master Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or similar
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing or related IT application management
  • AH cross functions experience (Industry, Spares, MRO, Design, Finances.....)
  • Proven expertise in complex Project Management preferably with Agile (SAFe, Scrum) methodologies.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and EWM
  • Understand and capture business needs in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and synthesis skills.
  • Fluent in French and English
