Duties and Responsibilities:
Offers & Sales
- Assist in preparing basic documentation for sales campaigns.
- Support the preparation and review of bids and tenders.
- Monitor helicopter sales warranties and training credits.
- Aid in the helicopter delivery and acceptance processes.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and prospects.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the department.
Marketing & Communications
- Analysis of helicopter fleet in the Philippines
- Research prospects and leads
- In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials
- Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining)
- Take lead in organizing company events
- Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution
- Analysis of competitors
Customer relation
- Take lead in organizing customer visits at the facility.
Ad hoc tasks
- Other tasks as may be required by the department

- Willing and able to think outside the box and work outside of established barriers.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Results oriented, confident and excellent interpersonal skill
- Dynamic, self-motivated and outgoing personality, willing to travel extensively
- Proactive, creative, meticulous and resourceful
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment
- Enthusiastic team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business and/or Engineering
- Languages: English local language is a plus
