AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain- #Discover II 2026/2027 Starting date 5 th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in developing business accounts and managing strategic relationships within the Spanish defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist Spanish KAMs in business account development and strategic planning.
  • Account Management: Ensure data accuracy within the Salesforce platform and act as a liaison with the Sales Operations department.
  • Foundation Management: Provide administrative and operational support for the management of our Foundations (Fundación Aeronáutica y Astronáutica,
  • Museo Naval, and Fundación Círculo).
  • Reporting: Coordinate and consolidate weekly reports regarding Global Business activities in Spain.
  • Customer Experience (CX): Support Customer Satisfaction (CX2) activities by coordinating with Spanish customers, consolidating feedback with the Regional
  • Head Office and KAMs, and following up on actionable insights.

Learning Opportunities (Knowledge to be acquired):

  • Customer Insight: Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts, including the Air and Space Force, Guardia Civil, Navy, and Army.
  • Process Expertise: Gain hands-on experience in Airbus’s customer account management and sales processes.
  • Business: Acquire high-level understanding of financial and contractual frameworks within the industry.
  • Industry Vision: Develop a strategic view of the defence and aerospace business landscape in Spain and Europe.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working within multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Product Portfolio: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Airbus product and service portfolio.

Project Scope & Areas of Focus:

  • Spanish Customer Contracts & Opportunities: Supporting key accounts (Air and Space Force, Guardia Civil, Navy, and Army).
  • Digital Transformation: Exploring and integrating AI tools into departmental processes to enhance efficiency.

Tools & Technologies:

Google Workspace (G Suite), Salesforce, Corporate AI tools, and the Spanish Public Sector in Eurement Platform (Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Recently completed a degee in engineering (Aerospace Engineering is highly preferred).
  • Languages: Native-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Team spirit, excellent collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Industry Knowledge: General understanding of the aeronautical industry and core business concepts.
