In order to support our team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Maintenance Software Engineer (d/m/f)

Within Air Power Engineering - Aircraft Systems, our department Electrical & Control Germany is responsible to develop aircraft centralized maintenance and recording systems and software for the Eurofighter and future military aircraft programmes.

You will be part of a team with the responsibility to:

• Develop Aircraft Centralized Maintenance and Recording Systems and Software for the Eurofighter and future military aircraft programmes
  
• Specify, design, develop, test, qualify and generate certification evidence for maintenance system components and software
  
• Provide system engineering support to integration of systems and system components into the aircraft
  
• Provide system engineering support to aircraft build line, flight test, maintenance repair and overhaul and retrofit programmes
  
• Liaise with internal partners, external, national and international customers and partner companies
  

Your qualifications:

• Completed Studies Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
  
• Solid experience in a comparable role
  
• Experience in Software Development, Software design and development, Embedded software
  
• Experience in Test Software Tool Development and Software Testing
  
• Experience in Safety analysis, C / C++, Requirements engineering , UML, ADA would be helpful
  
• Fluent in English (German, French, Spanish or Italian beneficial)
