Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Logistics Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Quality Logistics department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing regulatory compliance and delivery performance across our global product distribution chain. As part of the Quality Procurement organization, you will be involved in resolving urgent shopfloor logistics blocks, performing on-site audits, and monitoring logistics providers aiming at protecting the Airbus Production Organisation and securing on-time aircraft deliveries.

Your challenges:
- Manage urgent operational constraints as the front-desk focal point to unblock hardware stuck in warehouses and secure FAL production lines.
- Drive audit and compliance activities by performing regular shopfloor assessments ( go-look-see ) of logistics providers.
- Approve new logistics demands through rigorous evaluation of contractual specifications, material protection, and safety risks.
- Challenge and validate root-cause analysis (8D/PPS) delivered by logistics suppliers following major part damages or material losses.
- Govern quality delegations and manage processing authorizations for inventory transactions within the Airbus ARP system.
Your boarding pass:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience across Aeronautics, Quality, and Supply Chain frameworks.
- Deep structural knowledge of aviation quality certification systems, specifically EN9100 and EASA Part 21-G (POA).
- Proven hands-on proficiency with SAP software, with solid experience in warehouse and quality modules (MM, EWM, QM).
- Strong capability with standard quality toolsets (PPS, 8D, PDCA); experience in formal auditing or Lean management is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and French to manage diverse international and cross-functional stakeholders.
