Role : Lead Technology Analyst, Signavio Job Description The AIRBUS ERP Platform team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Signavio Expert (Signavio) to join our ERP Center of Excellence (COE). This role is crucial for driving our S/4HANA business transformation, ensuring seamless alignment between business processes and IT architecture, and reducing structural complexity across our SAP ecosystem. The primary focus of this role will be the expert administration, utilization, and strategic rollout of the SAP Signavio suite. Focusing on the modules Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, Signavio Process Modeler and Signavio Process Governance. Job Responsibilities • Tool Administration & Strategy: Administration, configuration, and strategic utilization of SAP Signavio & LeanIX across the Airbus ERP landscape. • S/4HANA Transformation: Drive the mapping, analysis, and optimization of business processes using Signavio to actively support large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects. • SAP Activate Methodology: Apply the SAP Activate methodology to guide process discovery, facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, and manage the overall process transformation lifecycle. • Architectural Alignment: Understand and support the integration between business process modeling (Signavio) and the IT architecture repository (e.g., LeanIX) to establish a unified "single source of truth" for the enterprise landscape, focusing on the Signavio side of the toolchain. • Governance & Standardization: Define, establish, and enforce global governance models, blueprints, and best practices for process modeling (BPMN) and Signavio tool usage within the COE. • Ecosystem Scouting: Continuously scout the SAP ecosystem to align Airbus process strategies with the latest SAP product roadmaps and industry trends. Maintain a strong understanding of the Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM toolchain and its application in large-scale business transformation. Job QualificationsEducation • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience • Minimum of 9+ years of experience in business process modeling or large-scale business transformation projects. • Extensive hands-on experience in the usage and administration of SAP Signavio. • Proven track record in executing S/4HANA transformation projects from a business process, capability, and architectural perspective. • Demonstrable experience working within complex, global, and highly integrated enterprise environments. • Experience with LeanIX is a plus. Technical Skills • Expert proficiency in the SAP Signavio suite (Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, Process Modeler). • Deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and its practical application in S/4HANA implementations (e.g., Value Assurance, Fit-to-Standard). • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and strict adherence to Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) standards. • Strong understanding of the integrated toolchain of SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM and its role in an end-to-end business transformation. • Familiarity with SAP solution landscapes, Cloud architectures, and the integration points between enterprise architecture and ALM tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM). Soft Skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a holistic view of the enterprise. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. • Ability to explain complex architectural and process concepts to an audience with a low technical skill level, steering diverse teams toward a unified transformation vision using expert knowledge, empathy, and collaborative negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
