  • Feel Good at Work: On-site company doctor; comprehensive health programs (sports courses, preventive care, etc.), canteen and cafeteria, and local childcare facilities at selected locations.
  • Diversity Connects: Work in a diverse environment with more than 140 nationalities, where exchange, mutual support, and inclusion are part of our DNA.

Key Responsibilities & Task Force Activities

  • Audits & Assessments: collaborate on the definition, planning, and reporting herefor
  • Functional Leadership: guide and support SCQMs, apply practical problem-solving tools, and manage the human aspect of change to embed new ways of working.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Operational Excellence & Crisis Management: Experience steering supplier operations (delivery, quality, compliance) and leading high-stakes task forces to resolve industrial crises and ensure business continuity.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data, identify long-term trends, and develop forward-looking strategies aligned with broader business goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Expertise in managing complex, cross-workpackage incidents and implementing systemic, long-term corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills to bridge operational and strategic teams while building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
