A vacancy for a Supply Chain and Quality Management (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Seviile (Tablada) . The successful applicant will join “TASMP6 Supply Chain & Quality Services & MRO”.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Contribution to ADS Certifications & Approvals (EN9100/9110 /EMAR/EASA)
  • Manage/contribute to contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance. Ensure on Quality, on Time deliveries to protect business operations, by managing milestones, product life cycle reviews and deliverables coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.
  • Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality and delivery aspects.
  • Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT) Contribute to Sub-Commodity strategy through active participation to MFTs including supplier selection, contract set up and supplier development needs.
  • Be the key supplier interface to ensure all supply risks are anticipated and mitigated and a preventative surveillance plan is implemented.
  • Protect customer deliveries through correcting, improving and developing suppliers delivery and quality performance including related follow up of action plans.
  • Monitor and control supplier performance and define and lead/monitor recovery and improvement actions when needed , on live programs and in preparation of the future.
  • Manage corrective action plans t o avoid re-occurrences and therefore reduce the number of deviations and concessions.
  • Verify Compliance to applicable requirements and secure industrial Maturity (supplier capability & capacity) with product/supplier audit, inspection and assessment (e.g. APQP, IPCA, CCP’s, Transfer of Work)
  • Lead VRB and represent SCQ operations in various forums (e.g. SED, TEB, MFT)

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Educated in ENGINEERING DEGREE or a related discipline
  • Autonomously way of working in Supply Chain Change Management topics
  • Experienced in After Sales would be desirable
  • High knowledge in general requirements for Suppliers
  • Good knowledge in Auditing and Assessing would be desirable
  • good skills in Procurement IT Tools
  • Experience in Quality
  • Good knowlede in Regulation EMAR /EASA P21/P145
  • Autonomously way of working
  • Negotiable English language skills
