Position : Lead Simulation Frameworks Engineer

Required Education:

B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control

Experience:

7-10 years in software design and development with capability to technically lead a high performing team

Training sessions will be conducted on different aspects of tools framework

Responsibilities:

  • Specify, design, develop, and validate sophisticated Simulation Software, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for architectural changes, ensuring the system remains scalable, modular, and high-performing.
  • Drive the evolution of Simulation Runtime and Development Environments using robust Agile methodologies.
  • Lead a team of engineers to produce clean, high-quality code and take responsibility for the team’s technical growth and timely delivery.
  • Define the Product Roadmap, manage Sprints, and translate complex requirements into actionable, high-value user stories.
  • Maintain Git repositories and monitor commits to ensure architectural integrity and adherence to "Clean Code" principles.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, identify technical or timeline risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide transparent progress reporting and timely escalations.
  • Be proactive and innovative to improve the ways of working. Ex: bring innovative design solutions and technologies, deploy AGILE methods.

Required skills and expertise:

  • Strong in at least 2 or more of the following Programming languages: Java/C#/C++/Python
  • Deep understanding of Design Patterns, OOPS, and Multithreading , particularly for high-concurrency environments.
  • Deep understanding of databases like H2, MySQL, MongoDB
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, or Node.js .
  • Scripting languages - Python, JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and automated testing (Web-based and standalone).
  • Solid understanding of Real-Time vs. Non-Real-Time scheduling, process synchronization, and software virtualization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
