Misión:

Responsables de Registro en SAP de Gastos y Facturas de Proveedores nacionales, internacionales e Inter compañías.

Responsables de la revisión fiscal de facturas.

Responsables de cuentas contables.

Preparar reportes contables.

Soportes en la Auditoría de Estados Financieros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de cuentas Contables, así como programar pagos de facturas..
  • Cumplir con la política de seguridad operacional de la compañía.
  • Coordinar las actividades del área de AP.
  • Generar reportes e indicadores solicitados por casa matriz (i.e. ICART),
  • Coadyuvar en la toma de medidas para la mitigación de riesgos.
  • Participar en los cierres contables de la Empresa cumpliendo en fechas establecidas por casa matriz.
  • Llevar cuentas claras y transparentes, integradas por concepto.
  • Seguir las indicaciones de las brigadas de seguridad ante situaciones de respuesta a la emergencia.
  • Acatar las disposiciones en materia de seguridad operacional.
  • Cumplir anualmente con la capacitación definida en la plataforma Mypulse.

Requerimientos:

Contador Público.

3 Años de Experiencia Mínimo en áreas contables y posición similar.

Conocimiento Avanzado de Office & SAP

Contabilidad, Fiscal, Normas Financieras, Auditoria, Leyes Contables.+

Inglés intermedio conversacional.

Mission:

  • Responsible for SAP registration of Expenses and Invoices from domestic, international, and intercompany providers.
  • Responsible for the tax review of invoices.
  • Responsible for general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare accounting reports.
  • Support in the Audit of Financial Statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounting accounts, as well as scheduling invoice payments.
  • Comply with the company's operational safety policy.
  • Coordinate the activities of the AP (Accounts Payable) area.
  • Generate reports and indicators requested by headquarters (e.g., ICART).
  • Assist in taking measures for risk mitigation.
  • Participate in the company's monthly closings, meeting the deadlines established by headquarters.
  • Maintain clear and transparent accounts, integrated by concept.
  • Follow the instructions of safety brigades during emergency response situations.
  • Abide by operational safety provisions.
  • Comply annually with the training defined in the Mypulse platform.

Requirements:

  • Public Accountant Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting areas and similar positions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office & SAP.
  • Technical Knowledge: Accounting, Tax, Financial Standards, Auditing, and Accounting Laws.
  • Intermediate conversational English
