Job Description

Job Description:

The Mission

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to serve as a vital link between our executive leadership, marketing logistics, and site operations. You will be embedded in the heartbeat of a global aviation leader, supporting the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and ensuring the seamless execution of international aerospace events.

Your Flight Path (Key Responsibilities)

Executive & Site Diplomacy

  • Front-of-House Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for global suppliers and VIP guests, representing the AHC brand with poise and professionalism.
  • Executive Coordination: Assist in the orchestration of complex itineraries, VIP agendas, and high-level hospitality for visiting HQ leadership.
  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain a "five-star" office environment, overseeing everything from conference room aesthetics to site-wide safety distributions.

Global Mobility & Logistics

  • Strategic Travel Support: Learn the nuances of international corporate travel by managing bookings, negotiating hotel corporate rates, and optimizing the travel budget.
  • The "Airshow" Engine: Join the front lines of our Demo Tours and Airshows. You will manage the lifecycle of promotional assets-from inventory "animation" to on-site booth hostessing and VIP shuttle coordination.

Finance & Digital Procurement

  • ERP Mastery: Gain hands-on experience with SAP , generating Purchase Requests (PRs) and managing account checks for site-wide vendors (Canteen, SF Express, Car Rentals).
  • Information Architecture: Maintain the internal nervous system of the company by updating regional contact directories and managing sensitive documentation flows.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The Multitasker: You possess the "switch-tasking" DNA required to move from an SAP budget check to a Marketing event brainstorm without missing a beat.
  • The Diplomat: You have impeccable communication skills and understand the discretion required when working near the CEO’s office.
  • The Problem Solver: You don’t just report a problem; you arrive with three potential solutions and a cost-benefit analysis.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in GoogleSuit; experience with SAP or digital signature platforms is a major plus.
  • The Business Strategist: You possess a Business School profile or a background in International Management. You understand that "administration" is actually the strategic coordination of resources, budgets, and people.
  • The Linguist: While English is our primary professional language, proficiency in Mandarin is a significant asset that will allow you to bridge the gap with local vendors and site operations more effectively.

What’s In It For You?

  • High-Level Exposure: Work directly within the Managing Director and Head of Marketing.
  • Aerospace Insight: Gain a 360-degree view of how a world-class aviation company operates on the ground.
  • Global-Local (Glocal) Exposure: Work at the intersection of European corporate culture and the dynamic Chinese market. You will collaborate daily with HQ in Marignane, France, and the AH HK regional office.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
