Primary Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on public and private sector policies, stakeholder landscapes, and global best practices (specifically regarding incentive measures) to provide actionable recommendations for government policy formulation aimed at driving domestic SAF production and adoption. Manage stakeholder engagement by organizing meetings with partners and agencies and coordinating follow-up actions. Support the team’s operational goals to accelerate the tangible implementation of SAF in Thailand in the near term.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support the organization of and participation in events, academic forums, trade shows, and CSR or sustainability initiatives, serving as a company representative when required.
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive presentations and external engagements to uphold the corporate image and foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, under supervision by team leader in case by case.


Outputs

  • Research & Policy Analysis Deliver comprehensive research and reports on Thailand’s SAF production and usage policies, including incentive frameworks. Provide international best practices and research guidelines to enhance Thailand’s SAF ecosystem. Analyze the benefits for government, private sectors, the aviation industry, and civil society, ensuring all initiatives align with international standards.
  • Stakeholder Management Execute precise and efficient coordination and meeting management with partners across both public and private sectors.
  • Monitoring & Follow-up Prepare meeting minutes and track action items. Monitor responsible parties to ensure the timely and concrete execution of meeting resolutions.


Personal & Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Team-oriented, motivated by challenges, and willing to take responsibility.

  • Experience in driving government policy formulation and private sector incentives to accelerate SAF and environmentally friendly initiatives.

  • Effective stakeholder coordination.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to diverse cultural working and living environments.



Qualification & Professional skills

  • Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • E xperience in engineering and basic finance, corporate finance, including ability to Computation of energy usage or carbon dioxide emissions.

  • Expertise in government policy formulation

  • Experience in clean energy and environmental sustainability

  • Experience in Strategic advocacy and Clean energy adoption
