Summary:

The intern position is part of the Airbus Core Services team. He/She will be integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of flight operations support responsibilities focusing on quality improvement and quality system implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar yourself with the flight operations support activities, purpose and structure of the flight operations manuals, current aircraft configuration concept related to flight operations manual authoring
  • Answer to customer queries on flight operations matter
  • Support the flight operations team to ensure customer satisfaction level and quality in all deliverables
  • Update relevant flight operations manuals according to aircraft definition, operational feedbacks and requests from the customers, authorities/agencies or internals
  • Manage aircraft configuration to ensure coverage of individual aircraft definition in relevant flight operations manuals


Requirements:

  • A student in an aerospace engineering program looking for at least 6 months of experience
  • Interested in flight operations
  • Eager to share your knowledge and create implementation plan for the quality improvement tool
  • Possess good aircraft system knowledge
  • Have strong communication in English
  • Have strong organizational and autonomy skills.
  • Good team player
