Job title : Airbus Operating System Intern

Working Location: Harbin

N+1 Org.Unit Siglum : ACON

N+1 Operational Manager: HO Business and Operational Performance

Accountability:

  • Support on regular operations related
  • Support on Lean management deployment in Harbin Hafei Airbus composite manufacturing centre


Main activities

  • Support collaboration and organizing promotion events and trainings, google site, videos, news
  • Work on digital dashboard of performance review (google or Qlik etc)
  • Support for documentation and presentation preparation.


Qualifications

  • Education: Engineering, Business, Industrial, Quality
  • Experience: internship
  • Basic Skills: Project Management, Meeting Collaboration, Event Management, Excel (knowledge in lean knowledge and programming will be preferred)


Ability

  • Soft Skills: passion, good communication, creative
  • Technical Skills: Strong execution, good coordination skill, good problem solving skills
