Job Description:

A. Accountabilities

▪ Supports the Hong Kong accounting team in basic accounting tasks

▪ Supports AH China Cost Controlling

▪ Support Senior Financial Controller in preparation of internal control documentation

▪ Follows one dedicated project on AH China Transformation

B. Main Activities

▪ Under the guidance of the Senior Financial Controller, the intern will perform one dedicated project regarding to AH China Transformation

▪ After introduction period, the intern will prepare the monthly cost base reporting & analysis of expenses by department

▪ Support in daily accounting task of Hong Kong legal entity

▪ Supports in review and preparation of internal control documentation

▪ The intern needs interact with AH legal entities in Germany and France

C. Outputs

The following outputs are for the 2 legal entities (Mainland China and Hong Kong)

✔ Monthly Cost Base report to AH China departments

✔ preparation of basic accounting entries

✔ Business Case for transformation project

D. Inputs

▪ Education: Studies in Finance or Accounting.

• Experience: First experience in Aviation industry, preferably woth OEM

• Basic Skills:

✔ theoretical understanding of IFRS, cost controlling, financial planning & analysis

✔ Full professional proficiency in English verbal and written

✔ knowledge of either German or French highly recommended

• Soft Skills:

✔ Possess organizational skill, resourcefulness, proactive and self driven

✔ Ability to communicate articulately, confidentially and professionally

✔ Ability to work with colleagues in different fields of expertise, nationalities and across organizational levels.

• Technical Skills:

✔ Functionally proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
