Main activities:

Database Collection: Extract and organize critical data points from a large number of real case files to build and maintain an up-to-date database.
Monthly Dashboard Support: Assist in updating data for the monthly information dashboard to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
File and Template Management: Assist in organizing, categorizing, and consolidating daily shared files and work templates for efficient access and use.

Outputs:

Database
Dashboard
Google Drive organization
Other relevant reports, etc.

Requirements

Available at least 4 days a week for a minimum duration of 4 months
A background in engineering is essential, with IT skills considered an advantage.
Proficient in Google Workspace tools
Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Proactive and collaborative mindset
