Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Integrator (f/m) to join our Configuration Management department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing solutions to protect the industrial system during production ramp-ups. As part of the configuration integration team, you will be involved in collecting industrial repercussions aiming at identifying the impacts of changes across design, manufacturing, procurement, and production.

Your challenges:

  • Consolidate and integrate all relevant schedule impacts from engineering, manufacturing, customer services, and supply chain to build robust change request schedules.
  • Investigate, propose, and validate the optimal implementation strategy and timing for configuration changes across the industrial system.
  • Deliver comprehensive manufacturing decision dossiers that ensure technical feasibility, highlight associated risks and opportunities, and provide accurate cost quotations.
  • Monitor key system and industrial integration milestones up to the application of the modification, working in close collaboration with manufacturing and assembly lines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, establish excellence standards for industrial integration, and lead root cause analyses to support critical aircraft deliveries.

Your boarding pass:

  • Significant experience in configuration management and project management within a complex industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial planning, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transnational, multi-functional teams and drive change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues and facilitate decision-making.
  • Advanced level of English and proficiency in standard office and configuration management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project).
