Airbus Commercial Aircraft recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e)Tolérancement Industriel et Capabilité (H/F) pour rejoindre notre département End to End Technical Industrialization , basé à Toulouse, France .

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe chargée de développer des analyses de tolérancement industriel pour les systèmes de production actuels et futurs. En tant que membre de l'équipe de tolérancement industriel au sein de la division Airbus Commercial, vous serez impliqué(e) dans divers projets allant des pièces élémentaires aux lignes d'assemblage final (FAL).

Votre mission couvrira l'ensemble des activités du domaine du tolérancement industriel, avec pour objectif de fournir des analyses de pointe garantissant que les exigences du produit sont en parfaite adéquation avec les capacités du système industriel.

Vos challenges:

• Optimisation de la précision industrielle : Développer des analyses de tolérance avancées pour garantir que les exigences de conception du produit s'alignent parfaitement avec les capacités réelles des systèmes de production actuels et futurs.
  
• Amélioration de la performance industrielle (Capability) : Évaluer et sécuriser les capabilités industrielles afin de minimiser les écarts de production et d'optimiser la qualité dès la première unité produite
  
• Innovation dans l'industrialisation "End-to-End" : Contribuer au développement de nouvelles méthodologies de mesure et d'analyse au sein d'un environnement complexe, visant à placer Airbus à la pointe de l'industrialisation technique mondiale.
  
• Pilotage du Document de Tolérancement Industriel (ITD) : Élaborer et livrer le document de tolérancement industriel, pilier central du projet, synthétisant l'ensemble des analyses techniques. Ce livrable constitue la référence absolue pour définir les exigences du produit et valider la stratégie de développement du système industriel associé.
  

Votre carte d’embarquement:

• Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu 2-3 années
  
• Conception et Industrialisation : Connaissances en ingénierie de fabrication, de la pièce élémentaire jusqu'à l'assemblage final
  
• Outils Numériques : Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO (généralement CATIA V5/V6/3Dx ) et des outils de simulation
  
• Gestion des Livrables : Capacité à rédiger et structurer des documents techniques complexes

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Tolerancing and Capability engineer (M/F) to join our End to End Technical Industrialization based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Industrial Tolerancing analysis of current and futures industrial production systems . As part of the Industrial tolerancing team within Airbus Commercial business , you will be involved in a diverse type of projects covering from elementary parts to Final Assembly lines covering all related activities of Industrial tolerancing domain aiming at delivering best in class analyzing ensuring product requirements meet industrial system capabilities.

Your challenges:

• Product Datum to industrial system coherence and cascade
  
• Definition Industrial system Datum and tolerance analysis and computation
  
• Ensure Product tolerances are compatible with Industrial system capabilities
  
• Translation of industrial build process into Industrial Tolerancing Document
  
• Contribute to R&T and R&D technologies demonstration with regards to Industrial system Geometrical capability and variability analysis
  
• Support trades and Industrial architect team to select best Industrial system build concept for future projects
  

Your boarding pass:

• Engineering education
  
• 2-3 years of experience on Aeronautical Industry, Automotive, Naval or similar
  
• Knowledge of Tolerancing ISO regulation
  
• Knowledge of Tolerancing simulation and authoring tools: MecaMaster, 3DCS, Polyworks, Catiav5 and/or 3DX
  
• Demonstrated background on product and/orIndustrial Tolerancing
  
• Experience on Industrial system design is a plus
  
• Flexibility to work in a wide variety of projects from R&T to support to production
  
• Innovation, out of the box thinking, ability to work in a multicultural environment within a multifunctional team.
