Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an IAM Operations Specialist to join our Digital Infrastructure team in Toulouse (or Elancourt), France.

As part of our Identity & Access Management department, the IAM Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic projects, contributing to the reliability and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management environment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and secure Active Directory infrastructures, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards.
  • Manage and resolve Level 3 incidents related to IAM solutions.
  • Support and contribute to strategic projects involving IAM products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve IAM processes and operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the evolution of IAM services.


Business trips are to be expected in Europe and, therefore, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Your profile:

  • Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working on IAM products and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory operations and security
  • Experience in incident management and troubleshooting
  • Intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a transnational team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects systems
  • Rigorous mindset and attention to detail in security contexts


This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

The candidate must possess French nationality in accordance with IGI 1300 of August 9, 2021 (§1.2.2.1).
