A multidisciplary role for Human Resources Business Partner has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, Spain. The successful applicant will join THAG team in Getafe, Spain.
AS an HRBP, your main mission will be to prepare and support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of the Business performance.
As an HRBP, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
• Advising the business on all people related matters.
• Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
• Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.
• Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
• Foster employment activities such as hiring, internal and external mobility and collaborate with employment marketing events
• Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews
• Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
• Support and actively collaborate on HR improvement initiatives for the Division and the Group
• Participate in local negotiations with unions with regards to HR topics through the local commissions
Required skills:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Educated to University Degree level in Human Resources field or a related discipline.
• Knowledge and experience as HRBP or in other Human Resources disciplines.
• Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge to translate into searching technics to find candidates.
• Take-charge & hands-on mentality, committed, solution oriented, flexible and open-minded. Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
• English and Spanish must be advanced level. Any other language skills will be a plus.
