This position is located in Warsaw (Poland) with a local contract conditions.
MAIN ACTIVITIES

Responsibilities
- Disciplinary, functional and lateral (stakeholder mgt., multi-functional/ transnational teams) leadership, especially guiding, motivating and developing subordinate staff. Implementation of a high performance culture in the sphere of impact
- Planning, agreeing, monitoring and reporting of required resources to accomplish the delegated work (e.g. budget(s), services, equipment), continuous improvement of work processes in the designated area
- Responsibility for continuous improvement in the designated area, in line with broader organisational goals and objectives
- Risk management activities for the area of responsibility, especially the regular and exhaustive identification, evaluation, mitigation and reporting of risks
- Realisation of strategic company-wide and functional projects in the area of responsibility. Continuous Business Partnering; challenge, advise, support
- Accomplishment of business activities in line with all relevant internal and external regulations/legislation. Escalation of occurring compliance issues to the superior or to higher level functions
- Achievement of mid to long-term business objectives in the designated area; Active performance management, especially prompting decision making. Identification and realisation of improvement potential and change requirements.
- Achievement of long-term / strategic objectives in the designated area;
- Labor relations strategy, union negotiation, and local collective bargaining management
- Site crisis management, business continuity planning, and local regulatory response
Personal profile
- 10+ years’ experience in different HR leadership roles within Airbus across divisions
- Polish & English speaker
- Experienced in leading multi-functional team dedicated to HR matters
- Experienced in Trade Unions relationship and Collective Agreement management
- Solution oriented and problem solving. Demonstrated strong ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Experienced in transformation and company reorganization projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate verbally and in written in an appropriate way at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and autonomy
- Can-do attitude and challenge status-quo
- Mentor and develop teams
- Put leadership principles into practices, living Airbus’ values in the day-to-day
