Job Description:
In order to support the Component Loads Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
High-Lift Component Loads Engineer (d/f/m)
We are calculating and analysing the relevant external high-lift static, fatigue and dynamic loads for all major Airbus aircraft programmes, from preliminary design through to certification. You will be working at the interface between the engineering domains of Flight Physics and Airframe, which is an excellent opportunity to discover and contribute to the integrated wing aero/loads/stress/design process.
In addition, we are working on many Research and Technology projects for future aircraft programmes and are engaged in creating and defining the tools and processes of tomorrow. A key focus of our team is the parallel development of our analysis capabilities and the bespoke engineering tools required to perform these calculations efficiently.
We value our trustful and transparent working environment based on mutual respect and inclusivity. We value autonomy but recognise that success is never achieved in isolation. We take wellbeing seriously, safety first starts with us. We want you to grow and develop, in this role and for the future; you can expect our support in making this happen.
