ACCOUNTABILITY

In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for GP activities in relevant commodities in the business entities under GP shared service scope (GP One-Roof).
  • Be accountable for supplier development to meet business needs and maintain good working relationships with all suppliers.
  • Support relevant commodity buyers to implement the procurement strategy defined by the Commodity and the Multi-functional Team (MFT) for the projects you will be involved in.
  • Manage end to end procurement projects with value up to CNY800k, including call for tenders (CFT) , contracts and Purchase Orders (PO) in a multidivisional and trans-business entities scope; and ensure procurement delivers on time on quality on cost.
  • Fulfill business needs and provide added value to the internal customers in compliance with the GP processes and guidelines.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:


Sourcing:

  • Closely work with business and overview purchasing requests through purchasing plan
  • Market research/assess, supplier source, negotiate, contract by following Airbus Procurement process
  • Join cross-functional project teams, understand requests, contributing to the control of the demand, challenging and approving the specifications, sourcing and running the CFTs and suppliers’ selection processes.
  • Follow up procurement activity - service deliverables with suppliers when needed
  • Contribute to cost and cash containment

Order and Data Management:

  • Create purchase orders based on purchase requisition.
  • Verify and ensure the execution of orders.
  • Obtain and maintain accurate order-related data in the ERP system.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Support the GP team through continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in integrating activities to support One-Roof entities
  • Participating and supporting internal and external audits when required; Ensuring the findings are followed up and closed on time on quality.

Customer:

  • Drive compliance to Airbus Procurement Processes, and provide Procurement’s rules guidance to the internal customers and ensure these rules are strictly followed.
  • Act as GP focal point for assigned functions / business entities, join relevant meetings, provide regular reports; work with GP communities to support smooth business operation.

- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION

As the successful candidate, you are supposed to:

- Have Bachelor degree in human resource, business, procurement or supply chain

- Have experience working in MNC and 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement

- Speak, write and read both English and Chinese fluently

- Justify a good knowledge of IT tools and data analytics, such as google suites, SAP, etc.

- Be motivated and able to proactively engage in a change project and have analytics competences

- Be a good facilitator, a good listener, and customer-oriented person
