Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. Responsibilities - your mission

The job holder will be responsible for Airbus Finance Risk and Compliance Support

  • Be part of this team dealing with IT specialists and Business/Compliance Managers
  • Your mission is to support Airbus' Risk and Compliance Systems Department to fulfill its roles & responsibilities
  • You will be exposed to current cutting-edge risk and compliance management tools and innovative projects within and outside Finance functions in an agile environment
  • Liaise with other Stakeholders in Compliance and Internal controls and in the Finance Operations
  • Deploy a set of controls on the various business flows of Airbus entities worldwide
  • Support audits/internal controls review on existing solutions


Tasks & accountabilities:

  • Internal control recurring review and support audits/internal, review on existing solutions
  • Support auditors’ requests (extractions, collection of evidence, definition of action plans and follow-up)
  • Collaborate with the current team to identify areas for improvement
  • Deploy a set of controls on the various business flows of Airbus entities worldwide

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Degree in finance, IT, or a related field
  • Good understanding of Finance Business Processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, etc.)
  • Good understanding of SAP Customizing, particularly on modules FI, MM, SD, and CO
  • Experience in audit management
  • Skills in table management (Excel & Google Sheet)
  • Good analytical problem solving, fact-finding skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer-oriented and team spirit
  • Fluent in English
  • Plus points include experience in data engineering/data science, SQL Development/programming, and tools like Hana Studio, data analytics, or SAP BIS
