El objetivo de este rol es desarrollar y ejecutar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para los equipos no productivos en nuestras instalaciones. Además, asegurarás que nuestras instalaciones cumplan con las normas de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) y la Comisión Reguladora de Energía (CRE). Contribuirás en proyectos de infraestructura y obra civil según sea necesario, y gestionarás el almacén de refacciones para optimizar costos y asegurar el resurtimiento eficiente.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Planificación de Mantenimiento: Crear y administrar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para equipos no productivos.
  • Control de Inventarios: Recibir, revisar y registrar materiales y suministros, asegurando que cumplan con las especificaciones solicitadas.
  • Gestión de Almacén: Clasificar y organizar materiales en el almacén para garantizar una rápida localización.
  • Control Presupuestario: Vigilar el cumplimiento del gasto asignado y realizar proyectos de ahorro de presupuesto.
  • Coordinación de Proveedores: Coordinar servicios de limpieza y supervisar servicios internos.
  • Administración de Personal: Manejar y administrar al personal de limpieza.


Requisitos:

  • Educación: Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o Civil.
  • Competencias:
    • Gestión de costos y presupuestos.
    • Experiencia en el manejo de SAP.
    • Dominio de programas de diseño e ingeniería.
    • Lectura de planos.
    • Experiencia en remodelación y construcción.
    • Experiencia en proyectos sustentables.

Facilities Coordinator Shared Services

The objective of this role is to develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for non-productive equipment in our facilities. Additionally, you will ensure that our facilities comply with the standards of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE). You will contribute to infrastructure and civil construction projects as needed and manage the spare parts warehouse to optimize costs and ensure efficient replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning: Create and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for non-productive equipment.
  • Inventory Control: Receive, review, and register materials and supplies, ensuring they meet the requested specifications.
  • Warehouse Management: Classify and organize materials in the warehouse to ensure rapid location.
  • Budgetary Control: Monitor compliance with assigned expenses and implement budget-saving projects.
  • Supplier Coordination: Coordinate cleaning services and supervise internal services.
  • Personnel Administration: Manage and administer cleaning personnel.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
  • Competencies:
    • Cost and budget management.
    • Experience with SAP management.
    • Proficiency in design and engineering software.
    • Ability to read blueprints.
    • Experience in remodeling and construction.
    • Experience in sustainable projects.
