Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Engenharia

Localização: Itajubá / MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h ou das 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar nas Atividades de Preparação Industrial dos serviços de Manutenção de Helicópteros modelos Airbus baseado nos manuais técnicos das aeronaves, bem como monitoramento da atualização dos mesmos;
  
• Auxiliar no pré-planejamento de ordens de serviço, identificando previamente os boletins de serviço (SB) e diretrizes de aeronavegabilidade (AD) requeridos;
  
• Apoiar na elaboração e Manutenção da data base do setor, identificando gargalos operacionais no fluxo da preparação e propondo soluções fundamentadas em metodologias de melhoria contínua (5S, Kaizen, Lean), além do acompanhamento dos indicadores do departamento;
  
• Estruturar planilhas e relatórios automatizados para otimizar o fluxo de informações entre a engenharia de manutenção e a oficina;
  
• Acompanhamento em campo do processo de manutenção em suporte ao time de preparação; coletando o feedback quanto à precisão da instrução de trabalho preparada e sugerir melhorias no processo de triagem.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia Mecatrônica ou Engenharia Aeronáutica;
  
• Inglês intermediário;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position: Engineering Internship

Location: Itajubá, MG

Mode: In-person

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with industrial preparation activities for maintenance services on Airbus helicopter models, based on aircraft technical manuals, and monitor manual updates;
  
• Assist in the pre-planning of work orders by identifying required Service Bulletins (SB) and Airworthiness Directives (AD);
  
• Support the creation and maintenance of the department's database; identify operational bottlenecks in the preparation workflow and propose solutions based on continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Lean); monitor departmental performance indicators;
  
• Structure spreadsheets and automated reports to optimize the flow of information between maintenance engineering and the workshop;
  
• Monitor the maintenance process in the field to support the preparation team; gather feedback on the accuracy of prepared work instructions and suggest improvements to the screening process.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Aeronautical Engineering;
  
• Intermediate English proficiency;
  
• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours/week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
