Job Description:

As the ERP Service & Release Delivery Leader, you are responsible for managing and delivering through the selected service providers for all SAP solutions within the organization. You will design service governance and define technical process steps to ensure seamless system changes and high-quality service delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Service Provider Management: Manage and control the SAP Application Management Service Partner to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Release & Deployment Steering: Define and steer the deployment of IT projects, including comprehensive release planning.
  • Operational Excellence: Increase productivity through service optimization and ensure regular SAP system patching by the service provider.
  • Process Ownership: Take ownership of the deployment process for SAP IT demands using tools such as ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all service management activities meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Act as the central SAP interface for process owners and collaborate with various SAP teams and specialist departments.
  • Quality & Risk: Execute quality assurance measures (OLAs), manage documentation, and oversee risk and change management processes.

Your mission:

  • As a ERP Service & Release Delivery Leader , you are responsible to manage and select the service provider for the all SAP solutions in Arbus Aerostructures.
  • Designing a service gouvernance involving the ticket tool Service NOW, defining the process steps in CHARM of SAP Solution Manager vor system changes, communication in the internal organisation.,
  • Project collaboration takes place with various SAP teams and the respective specialist departments.
  • Documentation, risk management, and change management.
  • Execution of quality assurance measures/OLAs, continuous improvement of service.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Diploma or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Several years of service delivery and release management through various methodologies like SAFe / ITIL/ SIAM / LeanIT experience specifically within the SAP projects environment.
  • Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (including ChaRM), ARIS ServiceNow and JIRA.
