Requirements

Project Management: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional resources from digital, engineering, production, and procurement.
ERP Systems & SAP S/4HANA: Analyze existing business processes and optimize them using ERP modules to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate external service providers and system integrators while conducting risk analyses and managing mitigation strategies.
Training & Compliance: Plan and deliver end-user training while ensuring adherence to quality standards, internal policies, and external regulations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Power ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment to drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems in the Business Unit Air Power.
RESPONSABILITIES
Lead and manage ERP projects in the Air Power division from a business perspective encompasing from conception through implementation, including schedule, budget, and resource planning.
Work closely with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement) to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the analysis of existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities through the use of ERP systems.
Coordinate external service providers and system integrators.
Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, report to management, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure planning and delivery of end-user training.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
SKiLLS
Bachelor degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Proven experience in project management - best of ERP implementations or optimizations, ideally in the aerospace or defense sector.
In-depth knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and their modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English (business fluent / negotiation-level).
