We are looking for a Engineering Trainee to join our team!

Important information:

- 9 months internship (starts on September 2026, ends on June 2027)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance

Responsibilities - your mission

Engineering Business & Documentation Management team:

  • Cross-domain support to the Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering Function;
  • Business Operations support;
  • Definition and monitoring of Smart and Actionable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators);
  • Mapping and optimizing processes, with potential automation implementations;
  • Stakeholders coordination - liaising with technical and financial teams;
  • Resource & Competence and Subcontacting Management;
  • Alignment between Budget - Forecast - Resources;
  • Follow up on E2E Engineering & Quality Documentation Management process

Cost Engineering:

  • Prepare detailed Recurring Costs calculations, for all Airbus commercial programmes;
  • Analyze gaps between estimated parts and supplier contracted prices;
  • Perform cost analysis, using different approaches (analytical, parametrical, analogic);
  • Support Design to Cost initiatives (use of new materials, different manufacturing processes, change of design);
  • Cross support to Procurement, Engineering & Program;
  • Models and references development support

Maintenance & Operations Team

  • Access, review, and analyze Maintenance Cases reported within the EASA Part-145 regulatory framework to TCH.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Airworthiness Operational landscape, including regulatory compliance and fleet reliability standards.
  • Support the development and production of key deliverables aligned with the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Assist in the preparation and validation of technical Documentation Deliverables.
  • Liaise with Safety and Engineering teams to ensure accurate data flow and adherence to SMS processes and requirements.
  • Participate in identifying potential efficiencies within Team processes and reporting workflows.
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of safety-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with both internal and external teams.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
  • Relevant degree for the area*
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Integrity;
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
  • Language: English - Advanced level
  • Another European language is a plus
