Engineering Data Management Specialist

Tasks, role & responsibilities:
As rationalization specialist within fasteners and mechanical parts perimeter you will be responsible for life
cycle management for all (around 20 000 references) components used/usable by designers on all helicopter
programs within the company. Your daily duties will include:
• Manage requests for new parts creation and withdrawal,
• Search for existing alternatives and promoting their usage,
• Manage data base (SAP) after requests validation,
• Initiate and participate in rationalization projects in the frame of new developments,
• Treat requests regarding missing or wrong data in the system,
• Periodic travel is required to ensure smooth cooperation with stakeholders in France & Germany.
Required qualifications:
• At least BSc in field of mechanical engineering or similar,
• 5 years minimum of experience in industry related to aero, automotive or related areas,
• Technical experience with handling fasteners in industry,
• Capacity to clearly communicate by mail/phone call,
• Dutifulness & negotiation skills,
• Agile and autonomous,
• Language proficiency: Polish (proficient) and English (upper-intermediate - B2); additional knowledge
of French or German (intermediate - B1) would be advantageous
