Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Safe Release Train Engineer (RTE) (f/m) to join our Customer Aircraft Definition team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing Digital for Aircraft Programmes activities. As part of the SAFe Train Trio, you will be involved in Aircraft Cabin Configurators (C3PO, CustomIT) aiming at securing successful PI execution and maximizing delivered value.

Your challenges:
- Organize and facilitate core Agile Release Train events (PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) across France, Germany, and India.
- Support PI execution by collaborating with Product Management and System Architect to track features, remove impediments, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor Train progress using data analytics/metrics and manage budgets as well as suppliers for your scope.
- Coach and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on Lean-Agile principles, DevOps practices, and Continuous Delivery.
- Drive relentless improvement through Inspect & Adapt cycles, built-in quality deployment, and fostering Communities of Practice (CoP).
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading SAFe / Agile teams within an industrialized IT environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT / Development Project Management.
- Strong expertise in agile contract steering, supplier management (Purchase Orders), and handling diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent / negotiation level of English is mandatory.
