Digital IT Product Manager of TechRequest

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a TechRequest IT Product Manager (f/m) to join our IM team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Airbus Programmes & Customer Engagement activities. As part of the IM Customer Services team, you will be involved in the critical TechRequest application aiming at managing airline technical queries and driving support digitalization.

Your challenges:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, and go-to-market strategy for the critical TechRequest application (customer case management).
  
• Translate business needs into a prioritized product backlog in close alignment with the Business Product Owner.
  
• Accountable for Continuous Release Management and the delivery of IT solutions fulfilling time, cost, and quality standards.
  
• Partner with architecture teams to propose relevant IT solutions (AWS, Skywise, SAP, COTS) aligned with the global Enterprise Architecture.
  
• Act as an end-user advocate to secure customer centricity, seamless UX, and high business value for Airlines and MROs.
  

Your boarding pass:

• Minimum 10 ans of professional experience in digital product and project management (Cloud/AWS, SAP, Skywise).
  
• Functional or technical architecture knowledge with proven experience in digital industrialization challenges.
  
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership skills, and ability to drive change in complex environments.
  
• Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English are required.
