Digital & Contract Manager (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

A temporary opportunity for a Digital & Contract Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada (Seville).

Within TAOPLC , we are looking for our new team member in charge of the Contract Management of some of our key european suppliers, with a strong focus on our 4PL Transport contract (4PL being our Transport Management supplier). On top of that, you may manage additional T&L contracts activities, digital activities as well as having the opportunity to contribute in transversal subjects linked to the Transport&Logistics organization.

RESPONSABILITIES

• You will be one of the Contractual focal points for ADS Production with our 4PL, with specific focus on Air Power Business (Spain & Germany).
  
• You will be responsible for both supplier performance recovery and continuous improvement matters.
  
• You will collaborate on the negotiations of several contractual conditions/rates/improvement plans with our 4PL and with our carriers .
  
• You will contribute to the management of the 4PL contract on a daily basis , in close link with General Procurement and our operational teams (Claims management, invoicing control, contractual change requests,...).
  
• You will contribute to the execution of our Transport strategy , by collaborating on the decisions to the 4PL Model project, as part of the Logistics of the Future improvement plan.
  
• You will contribute within TAOPL to any Transport CFT or RFI/RFP (baseline definition, drumbeating for deliverables preparation, follow-up of the CFT process,...).
  
• You will secure the right level of performance from our carriers , by setting up and implementing action plans with them.
  
• You will support IT projects and Export Control initiatives from a Contractual standpoint.
  
• You will be progressively onboarded as well on the Logistics Contract Management as part of your future development in the team.
  
• You will be contributing to the monthly Logistics Contract Board
  
• You will create a Google site for the Transport Contract Management scope
  
• You will be leading the TAOPL Digital Change Management Board
  
• You will contribute to the creation of Digital Dashboards and KPIs in Qlik Sense
  

SKILLS

• You are a serious, committed and proactive professional.
  
• You hold an university degree in the field of Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
  
• You have experience dealing with international suppliers and with their different management layers.
  
• You have strong experience negotiating contractual conditions with successful results.
  
• You are a data oriented person, capable of analyzing data in order to negotiate and defend ADS position in front of our suppliers.
  
• You have experience performing Root Cause analysis and implementing Actions plans until the end with rigour.
  
• Experience in Transport and/or Logistics would be beneficial.
  
• Experience creating Dashboards in Qlik sense
  
• You are fluent in Spanish and English. German would be a strong plus.
