An opportunity for Supply Management has arisen within Airbus defecnde and Space in Getafe

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the supply chain for the MRTT program, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers, establishing favorable agreements and monitoring their performance.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, proposing proactive solutions.

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure the correct integration of components.

Perform market and trend analysis to optimize material procurement strategies.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of supply chain processes and supplier agreements.

Participate in resolving supply and logistics-related incidents.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain management processes.

Job Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering. On top, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or procurement, preferably in the aerospace or high-tech industrial sector.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain management tools and methodologies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written) is essential.

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
