Responsibilities - your mission

You will join a highly motivated team in charge of Quality Procurement Process Conformance activities for the scope of Procurement. As of today, we are based in Toulouse and Hamburg.

Part of the appeal of the position is the view over the full supply chain as well as the aircraft (all programs), and also our team spirit!

Ultimately, our goal is to influence key quality processes, strengthening our industrial system through the supply chain.

The Job Holder will be responsible to

  • Collaborate transnationally with teams along the Value Stream Management and ensure end to end solutions
  • Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear ‘User Stories’ or tasks)
  • Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc...). Update and maintain current reporting.
  • Create and enrich datasets from Quality and Procurement environments, and maintain existing ones
  • Create Data-Analytic tools to support performance anticipation
  • Supporting Project Leaders and POM Reps in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
  • Establish connection between the Data Analytics and Performance Management system to allow activity prioritization according to the top management requirements
  • Regular Performance Reports on key QP processes such as SARIs, NC, Concessions and QSRs for the scope of Procurement & Cross Programmes: Create reports, Prepare Performance Reviews, Facilitate stakeholders exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, recommendations in order to enable decision making
  • Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance
  • Maintain QP Google Sites related to our dashboards
  • LDA Tasks for the QP population (specific scope of tools e.g. CAPRI)

Additionally the Job Holder will contribute and/or lead other activities as part of the transverse portfolio of the team.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Diploma or Bachelor + Master degree in relevant fields
  • Negotiation level in English
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be proficient in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)
  • Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data
  • Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent
  • Excellent G Suite skills
  • Experience with data management
  • Experience with stakeholder management and a customer oriented mindset
  • Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology)
  • Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness
  • Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily
  • Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking
