Data Analyst for Procurement (d/f/m)

Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben

• Identifizierung von Hebeln für Prozessverbesserungen und Messung der Performance im Einkaufs- und Supply Chain Management Prozess
• Automatisierung und Digitalisierung entlang der Procurement & Supply Chain Management Prozesse
• Mitwirkung in Data Analysten Netzwerk unter Leitung des Lead Procurement Data Analyst (Brainstorming, Best Practice)
• Aufbau von Reports und Dashboards für die internen Kunden zur Darstellung von z.B. Spendanalysen und Performance-KPIs
• Analyse von Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen sowie G-Sheets-Datein und Umsetzung von nachhaltigen Datenbanken
• Stakeholder Management mit unternehmensinternen und -externen Prozesspartnern z.B. Commodity Leiter, Finance und IT

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Diplom/Bachelor/Master im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Affinität zur IT oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrungen als Datenanalyst
• Erfahrung mit dem Erstellen und Optimieren von Reports und Dashboards z.B. Skywise, SAP, Dataweaver, Business Objects, Lumira, SQL, Python, G-Suites, R/SPSS, Tableau, Power BI
• Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder Fertigung wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
