Cross plant Technical support

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. IT access management & Technical support

• Manage the IT equipment fleet
  
• Provide L1 support for IT incident, act as ISR under delegation
  
• Coordinate with global IT team for escalation
  

2. Hardware, Office Equipment & PPE support

• Manage office equipment and stock: meeting rooms, printer consumables, office supplies, etc.
  
• Distribute, track and renew PPE
  
• Maintain inventory and equipment lifecycle
  
• Interface with supplier for repairs and replacement
  

3. KPI Development & performance monitoring

• Define performance indicator (support SLA, Equipment availability, incident, compliance) .
  
• Automate or consolidate monthly reporting
  
• Analyse trends and propose improvement actions
  
• Present KPI results to manager and leadership
  

4. Purchasing, Finance & Budget Management

• Manage purchase requests (Production tools, Equipment, Consumables, PPE, Services, etc.) .
  
• Follow up with supplier quotes, orders, deliveries
  
• Prepare the annual budget AOP, forecast, and monthly report
  
• Ensure compliance with finance processes (PR, PO, GR and IR)
  

5. Safety Ambassador role

• Promote EHS best practice within team
  
• Participate in safety audit and internal inspection
  
• Ensure compliance of equipment and work areas
  

6. Coordination and communication

• Act as the main point to contact with IT, Facility, Security, EHS, Procurement, HR and Finance
  
• Communicate procedures, changes and best practices
  
• Lead small internal project
  
• On-Site supplier support
  
• Newcomer onboarding support.
  

QUALIFICATION

Education: Bachelor degree. Master's degree or advanced certification.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical and Soft Skills:

Purchasing and finance process knowledge

Tools such as SAP, Google Workspace, Microsoft office

Project management

Safety leadership

Autonomy and reliability

Strong organization and prioritization

LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking. Required for technical exchanges and daily communication
