Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities:
Reports to local Chief Flight Instructor

Manage Flight Instructors (Ground Instructor, Synthetic Flight Instructors, Type Rating Instructor/ Examiners) Training profile under the guidance and supervision of the local Chief Flight Instructor

Create and manage ATO Instructors folders and maintain/ update their profile (competencies, qualifications- initial, renewal, revalidation, training, relevant forms, passport, license, medical etc.) in accordance with Airbus procedures

Update Instructor competencies in MyTeam and dedicate shared folders according their
training path and related follow up forms

Scan documents and send them to the appropriate authority

Monitor the relevant platform emails

Electronic & paper archiving data of all trainings and checks and in My Team and on proper
server

Deliverables:
Shall ensure that the instructor competency documents are well managed in line with the
regulatory requirements and Airbus Flight training standards

Provide a 12 month sliding training forecast to Chief Flight Instructor and Head of Flight
Training

Minimum requirements:
Shall hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

Should have at least two years' experience in a similar profile

Shall have a fair knowledge of the regulatory needs of the business

Should be fluent in English with excellent computer skills

Should be able to work in a multicultural environment

Should be a team player and have a proactive approach with colleagues

Should be able to take initiatives and work under pressure
