Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst IAM (f/m) to join our Identity and Access Management department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing identity and access management solutions. As part of the IAM JML team, you will be involved in managing access for employees, customers, and suppliers, aiming at providing the right access at the right time to maintain the right balance between business continuity and security.

Your challenges:

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to capture complex business requirements and operational objectives, recommending automation solutions.
  
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide IT solutions compliant with the overall IT strategy.
  
• Define and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.
  
• Serve as a liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development to ensure the integrity of the delivered solution.
  
• Collect, manage, and share data to support organisational objectives and deliver tangible business impact.
  
  

Your boarding pass:

• Significant experience in a Business Analyst position, creating detailed business analysis, and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels in a multifunctional and international setting.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluent level in English.
