Airbus Commercial Aircraft recherche un Business Analyst / Urbanist of iDMU & Industrial Means (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département One PLM / Product Service Line basé à Toulouse, France.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe les solutions 3DEXPERIENCE pour le Manufacturing Engineering et les applications PLM liées aux Customer Services. Au sein de l'équipe produit "Process & Resources", vous serez impliqué(e) dans la traduction des besoins métiers en exigences IT, la conception fonctionnelle et l'alignement stratégique de l'iDMU (integrated Digital Mock-Up) visant à fournir un ensemble unique et harmonisé d'outils IS/IT pour le développement, la configuration industrielle et le support des avions.

Vos challenges :

  • Analyse et capture des besoins : Conduire des réunions de cadrage et de découverte approfondies avec le métier pour comprendre, capturer et identifier les exigences opérationnelles complexes en proposant des recommandations d'automatisation.
  • Traduction et spécifications IT : Traduire les besoins métiers en exigences fonctionnelles/non-fonctionnelles et rédiger les documents de spécifications requis en alignement avec la stratégie numérique et l'architecture d'entreprise.
  • Conception et support technique : Réaliser la conception technique et fonctionnelle des composants applicatifs/infrastructures des nouvelles solutions, et assurer le rôle de liaison entre la gestion de produit et les équipes techniques durant le développement.
  • Gouvernance Portfolio & Agile (SAFe) : Contribuer activement à l'élaboration de la Roadmap du portefeuille E2E PLM dans le cadre du framework SAFe, et soutenir l'IT Product Manager dans la planification des services.
  • Gestion du changement : Évaluer l'impact des nouvelles solutions en termes de gestion du changement, fournir une expertise sur la réingénierie des processus métiers et documenter les défis actuels ainsi que les bénéfices futurs pour les clients.

Votre carte d’embarquement :

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'architecture fonctionnelle, la gestion de projet, l'ingénierie de solutions ou un domaine connexe.
  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master ou École d'Ingénieur) ou équivalent.
  • Solides connaissances dans le domaine du PLM (idéalement la plateforme 3DEXPERIENCE) appliquées au Design, Manufacturing, Support/Services ou à la gestion de configuration.
  • Maîtrise de la personnalisation d'outils IT, de l'alignement des stratégies IT/Business et du cycle de vie du développement applicatif.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion des parties prenantes et esprit d'initiative.
  • Un niveau d'anglais courant est obligatoire.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst / Urbanist of iDMU & Industrial Means (f/m) to join our One PLM / Product Service Line department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team that develops 3DEXPERIENCE solutions for Manufacturing Engineering and Customer Services PLM-related applications. Within the "Process & Resources" Product team, you will be involved in translating business needs into IT requirements, functional design, and strategic alignment of the iDMU (integrated Digital Mock-Up) aiming to deliver a single & harmonized set of IS/IT tools for the development, industrial set-up, and support of the aircraft.

Your challenges:

  • Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand, capture, and identify complex business requirements and operational objectives, providing recommendations on automation.
  • IT Translation & Specification: Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, and develop the required specification documents aligned with the digital strategy and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
  • Functional Design & Liaison: Perform the technical and functional design of application components, and serve as the core liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during development to ensure solution integrity.
  • Portfolio Governance & Agile (SAFe): Actively contribute to the E2E PLM Portfolio Roadmap within the SAFe framework, and support the IT Product Manager in product/service planning.
  • Change Management & Transformation: Evaluate the impact of solutions on workflows, provide expertise on business process reengineering, and document current challenges and future benefits for end-users.

Your boarding pass:

  • Over 5 years of experience in functional architecture, project management, solution engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of PLM systems (ideally 3DEXPERIENCE) applied to Manufacturing Engineering, Support and Services, Configuration Management, or Digital Mock-Up (DMU).
  • Proven expertise in IT tool customization, IT/business strategy alignment, and the full application development life cycle.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management, excellent communication/presentation skills, and an innovative mindset.
  • Fluent English is mandatory
