Job Description:

The Head of Operations and Head of Plant in Albacete Executive Assistant trainee responsibilities and accountabilities are as follows:

- Support the Head of Operations to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Drumbeat milestones/commitments to ensure resolution on time.
- Coordination with Executive Assistants across the organization in Airbus Spain and Airbus Helicopters to anticipate and follow up actions.
- Prepare presentations to manage communication of key topics with several stakeholders, from Blue Collars to Executive management.
- Contribute to manage agenda and prioritize the Head of Ops and Plant emails.
- Support to organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Collaborate in coordinate travel arrangements.
- Support Operations team at AHE on general administration and logistics arrangements.

Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
- English & French.
