- Responsible of Product Cost in AHE for RFs programs

- AHE Cost Engineering interface for IPOs, Program and Product Cost Controllers in AH Group within MCA / Airframes perimeter.

- Provide full visibility on cost performance.

- Be a challenging business partner for product cost at AHE and AH level and operational performance improvement.

-Support to Operation Controller for invoicing RFs and closing processes

- Direct report to the HO Programs & Operations Business Control Spain and functionally to the HO of Operations Spain.

Manage the Product Cost processes of RFs activities in Spain, including but not limited to Rear Fuse MCA and painting and other industrial operations for all programs, in coordination with corresponding product Cost controllers and cost Eng in AH divisions

  • Build up, discusses and substantiates the product cost for OP / FC / EAC / CTC.
  • Ensure assumptions consistency of OP / FC / EAC/ CTC and validates its financial compliance.
  • Challenge and loop for Risk / opportunities for Product Cost improvement.
  • Control the monthly product Cost result of modules in AHE and AH until ToT of Helicopter
  • Report monthly product Cost result to AH to ensure AH ExCom product Cost report.
  • Follow up and monitors all the parameters in connection with product Cost performance of the activity for the current year.
  • Set up and provide relevant reporting and synthesis, performance measurement, root causes for deviations and corresponding advisement to the function and various stakeholders.
  • Challenge all operational entities involved in the product Cost performance, internally and externally in order to trigger corrective and improvement actions.
  • Set up, follows-up & challenges the activity related profitability (EAC / CTC).
  • Assist functional managers for the EAC / CTC management.
  • Monitor actual costs vs planned costs per activity and item, providing sensible feedback and advisement to the corresponding functional manager.
  • Inform to IPO and Product Cost controllers about hourly and material cost forecasts to implement corresponding corrections on Program FC / OP / EAC.
  • Monitor prices evolution and updates contract conditions accordingly for Product Cost
  • Calculate transfer prices for all RFs with 1 month anticipation to AH delivery
  • Invoices and planning RFs deliveries before monthly Closing
  • Monitors actual costs vs planned costs per activity and item, providing sensible feedback and advisement to the corresponding functional manager.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: > 1 year in industrial/Financial business
  • Academic background: University Degree in Engineering / Economics/ Business Administration
  • Location. Albacete
