Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Avionics Boards Manufacturing (f/m) to join our Avionics & Simulation domain based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing and manufacturing strategic electronic equipment, such as flight control computers, for all Airbus programs. As part of the Production unit, you will be involved in a high-scale industrial challenge, ensuring the manufacturing of 28,500 cards per year as well as the assembly and testing of 6,000 units delivered directly to the Final Assembly Lines (FAL).

Your challenges:
- Drive the control of electronic boards according to the IPC-A-610 standard by accurately analyzing AOI and RX control reports.
- Perform repair and retouching of boards in operation while strictly following the IPC-7711/7721 standard.
- Handle component replacement and operate automated industrial equipment for the removal and replacement of complex components (BGA type).
- Master classic wiring tools such as soldering irons and binoculars, using both lead and lead-free processes.
- Ensure full traceability of operations in SAP and WAS systems while respecting aeronautical requirements (ESD, cleanliness, and environmental rules).
Please note that this position involves shift work (day/night) to support our production goals.
Your boarding pass:
- You have an academic background focused on electronics
- You bring at least 10 months of experience in electronic card repair, demonstrating your ability to handle complex hardware in an industrial environment.
- You have a solid command of IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards, which are essential for ensuring the quality of our products.
- Knowledge of lead-free technologies would be a significant asset for your integration into the team.
- Your profile stands out for your high precision and natural rigor, which are vital for tasks requiring extreme meticulousness.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
