Job Description

Job Description:

What we will do together:

Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

  • Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)

As part of an ongoing initiative to harmonize these SMS frameworks, a review of the current risk assessment methodologies has highlighted slight differences in their practical application.

In parallel, the organization is considering the potential adoption of alternative aviation safety risk assessment methodologies such as ARMS and ERCS, or a combination thereof.

A comprehensive study is therefore required to identify the most suitable and robust approach for the organization and to support the deployment of a standardized methodology.

  • Perform a benchmark of industry-recognized aviation risk assessment methodologies (e.g. ICAO, ARMS, ERCS and other relevant approaches).
  • Assess the applicability of these methodologies to the organization's activities and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend a harmonized risk assessment framework adapted to the organization's operational environment.
  • Develop and document a structured and practical risk assessment process ensuring consistency, rigor and repeatability.
  • In the frame of the change management process, a compliance analysis and a risk analysis of this change with the definition of the required barriers shall be conducted and documented.
