Requirements

Au sein de l'équipe Customer Material Management, vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes :
Suivre les besoins clients et contribuer aux plans d'action avec les Material Account Managers et les équipes transverses
Analyser le carnet de commandes et les indicateurs de service pour identifier les priorités et les blocages
Participer à l'amélioration des tableaux de bord de performance, de satisfaction client et de suivi commercial
Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue et de digitalisation du pilotage des activités
Réaliser des analyses commerciales et opérationnelles pour améliorer le service et le chiffre d'affaires Spares
Ce stage est fait pour vous :
Vous préparez un diplôme Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou université, avec une spécialisation en supply chain, commerce ou amélioration continue
Vous maîtrisez Excel et PowerPoint. Une première expérience de Power BI, Power Apps, SAP ou d'un outil de gestion de données serait un plus
Vous êtes curieux(se), structuré(e), orienté(e) client et force de proposition. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe
Vous maitrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Un intérêt pour l'aéronautique, les environnements internationaux et la transformation digitale sera appréciée
