Descriptif des missions proposées

  • Gérer le plan d'actions de la campagne annuelle de renouvellement des logiciels et de la documentation de formation : des offres et licences jusqu'à la facturation finale.
  • Gérer la demande des clients depuis l'analyse jusqu'à la facturation finale pour un portefeuille identifié en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale et les parties prenantes internes.
  • Point focal pour les Clients Privés (preparation/emission des Cotations/Planification/Organisation des livraisons) et pour les cours Flight Ops des Airlines
  • Coordonner et préparer les revues d'affaires, participer aux réunions hebdomadaires
  • Emission d'un reporting régulier sur son périmètre d'activités et ses missions
  • Améliorer/mettre à jour les brochures des nouveaux produits et services en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes.
  • Actions d'amélioration continue sur les procédures de mise à jour des bases de données et du reporting associé


Cette alternance est faite pour vous :

  • Étudiant en école de commerce/université (Master)
  • Compétences en gestion de projet, expérience antérieure/stage dans le domaine des opérations commerciales.
  • Rigoureux, autonome, créatif, capable de travailler avec plusieurs équipes.
  • Anglais et français requis (niveau courant)
  • Utilisation du pack office MS (word, excel, powerpoint)

Detailed description of the mission

  • Manage/drumbeat action plan for the annual campaign of Software subscription renewals and Training documentation package: from offers & licensing until final invoicing
  • Manage the customer request from analysis until final invoicing for an identified portfolio in collaboration with Commercial Team and internal stakeholders
  • Be commercial focal point for Private Customers (Quotation issuance/planning proposal/Delivery organization) and for Flight Operations courses to Airlines
  • Coordinate and prepare business reviews, participate to weekly meetings
  • Produce regular reporting on her/his activities and missions
  • Improve/update products and services brochures in collaboration with internal stakeholders about new services/products
  • Continuous improvement action: keep improving process of action follow-up for software & training tool renewal campaign & reporting tools


This apprenticeship is designed for you

  • Business school/University student (Master)
  • Project management skills, previous experience/internship in business operations
  • Rigorous, autonomous, creative, able to work with multiple teams
  • English & French required (fluent level)
  • Use of MS pack office (word, excel, powerpoint)

The job is based in Toulouse, no travel expected.
