Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting:
    • Contribute to the development and monitoring of multi-year sales forecasts and strategic commercial plans.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for revenue growth.


  • Proposal & Quote Management (RFI/RFQ/RFP):
    • Support preparation of sales pitches and marketing presentations.
    • Draft high-quality quotations and proposals in response to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for products & services.


  • Market Intelligence:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research on the global/local helicopter industry.
    • Monitor local tenders and track competitor activities.
    • Identify new business opportunities through systematic market analysis.


  • Contract Execution & Management:
    • Assist sales managers in the contract negotiation and execution.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures and accomplish the Ethic & compliance goals defined annually.
    • Support the customer relationship and commercial affair management.
    • Any relevant task required by the team or the company.
    • Support the Marketing & Communication activities to boost sales.
    • Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Logistics, Tech support, etc) for customer satisfaction management.


Qualification & Professional skills

Essential

  • Korean nationality with Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant fields
  • Advanced written and verbal language skills for Korean and English
  • Adequate knowledge of commercial principles and practices.
  • Intermediate skills using online documentation tools and software

    Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to work in an international environment (Multi-cultural experience and understanding)
  • Goal-oriented, creative, work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility, open to challenges
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, capable of adapting to complex business requirements.


Desirable

  • Market analysis & forecast insight
  • 3-5 year relevant industrial experience (Sales / Marketing) preferably in Aerospace industry


Position Summary

  • Sales Enablement & Team Support: Facilitate sales team activities and contribute to the achievement of collective commercial goals through proactive operational support.
  • Operational Coordination & Data Management: Monitor operational planning, coordinate internal & external meetings & events, and manage sales related data and documents to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Commercial Affairs: Support the management of customer relationships and commercial affairs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Contract type :

  • Local Contract
  • Permanent contract with 1 year of probation period.
