Responsabilidades:

• Gestão do Ambiente Virtualizado, Físico e Estrutura de Servidores: Realizar a criação de servidores virtuais, a instalação e configuração de servidores físicos, e a gestão de Windows Server 2016 até versões atuais. Efetuar a gestão de capacidade e administração de infraestrutura dos Data Centers e ambientes virtualizados corporativos utilizando as plataformas Simplivity (ITJ e SP) e Hyper-V.
• Administração de Serviços de Identidade e Deploy: Executar a gestão avançada do Active Directory (AD), estruturando políticas de acesso, e administrar os deploys de software e atualizações do parque através da ferramenta SCCM.
• Rotinas de Backup e Contingência: Gerenciar e validar as rotinas de backup corporativo utilizando as ferramentas VEEAM e Symantec Backup Exec, garantindo a integridade dos dados e a validação constante do plano de recuperação da empresa.
• Governança de TI e Monitoria: Realizar o registro, atendimento e controle de chamados complexos via Service Desk Plus e escalonamentos no Service Now global da Airbus. Acompanhar proativamente a disponibilidade do ambiente e a capacidade do File Server através de ferramentas de monitoria.
• Segurança de Endpoints e Redes: Controlar e manter o servidor de antivírus corporativo (SEP), gerenciando permissões, liberação ou bloqueio de internet em servidores, mapeamento de diretórios, aplicação de scripts de logon e controle de endereçamento IP dos servidores virtuais.
• Processos de Mudança e Governança de Ativos: Conduzir a Gestão de Mudanças do ambiente técnico, gerenciar o método de licenciamento de servidores e assegurar a atualização contínua do CMDB (Configuration Management Database) da companhia.
• Documentação Técnica e Padronização: Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizadas as documentações técnicas da área, tais como Instruções de Trabalho (ITs), Business Continuity plans (BCs), Manual de Ambiente e Manual de Backup.
• Melhoria Contínua: Identificar oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação na infraestrutura técnica e nos fluxos operacionais, sinalizando-as ao seu gestor, visando garantir a segurança da informação e a eficiência do setor.

Requisitos:

• Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
• Sólida atuação na área de administração de servidores e infraestrutura corporativa.
• Certificação relacionada à atividade (Ex: Microsoft Certified, VMware, VEEAM, ITIL ou similares de mercado), com domínio prático dos processos de gestão de eventos, incidentes, problemas, mudanças, liberações e uso de ferramentas de ticketing (ITSM).
• Experiência com gestão de correções (patch management), rotinas de atualização preventiva e mitigação de vulnerabilidades de segurança de informação.
• Conhecimento em gestão de inventário de hardware e software.
• Domínio na arquitetura de sistemas corporativos e gestão de acessos/usuários (ex.: integração de sistemas de RH, folha de pagamento, Active Directory).
• Fluência em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
• Inglês avançado.

Responsibilities:

• Management of Virtualized, Physical, and Server Infrastructure: Perform the creation of virtual servers, the installation and configuration of physical servers, and the management of Windows Server 2016 up to current versions. Manage capacity and administer infrastructure for corporate Data Centers and virtualized environments using Simplivity (ITJ and SP) and Hyper-V platforms.
• Identity and Deployment Services Administration: Perform advanced Active Directory (AD) management by structuring access policies, and manage software deployments and system updates across the fleet using the SCCM tool.
• Backup and Contingency Routines: Manage and validate corporate backup routines using VEEAM and Symantec Backup Exec tools, ensuring data integrity and constant validation of the company's recovery plan.
• IT Governance and Monitoring: Log, fulfill, and manage complex tickets via Service Desk Plus and handle escalations in Airbus's global ServiceNow. Proactively monitor environment availability and File Server capacity through monitoring tools.
• Endpoint and Network Security: Control and maintain the corporate antivirus server (SEP), managing permissions, enabling or blocking internet access on servers, mapping directories, applying logon scripts, and managing IP addressing for virtual servers.
• Change Processes and Asset Governance: Conduct Technical Environment Change Management, manage server licensing methods, and ensure continuous updating of the company's CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Technical Documentation and Standardization: Prepare, review, and keep technical documentation up to date, such as Work Instructions (WIs), Business Continuity (BC) plans, Environment Manuals, and Backup Manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation within the technical infrastructure and operational workflows, escalating them to your manager to ensure information security and departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  
• Solid experience in server administration and corporate infrastructure.
  
• Relevant certification for the position (e.g., Microsoft Certified, VMware, VEEAM, ITIL, or similar market standards), with practical domain in managing events, incidents, problems, changes, releases, and using ticketing (ITSM) tools.
  
• Experience with patch management, preventive update routines, and information security vulnerability mitigation.
  
• Knowledge of hardware and software inventory management.
  
• Expertise in corporate system architecture and access/user management (e.g., integration of HR systems, payroll, Active Directory).
  
• Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading).
  
• Advanced English.

Work location: São Paulo, SP (Campo de Marte) or Itajubá, MG. Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:06 p.m. for São Paulo, and Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:07 p.m. for Itajubá.
